Loisteen sähköverkkoliiketoiminta: Kajave Oy toimii sähkömarkkinalain määrittämänä jakeluverkon haltijana verkkovastuualueella, joka kattaa kaikki Kainuun yhdeksän kuntaa sekä Pyhännän kunnan ja osan Siikalatvan ja Vaalan kunnasta Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla. Yhteensä Kajavella on sähköverkkoa noin 13 500 kilometriä ja se toimittaa sähköä noin 58 600 sähkönkäyttöpaikkaan.
Loisteen kaukolämpö - ja tuotantoliiketoiminta: Loiste Lämpö Oy tytäryhtiö Otanmäen Lämpö Oy:n kanssa tuottaa kaukolämpöpalvelut Kajaanin kaupungin taajama-alueille. Sillä on noin 1 700 asiakasta ja sen kaukolämpöverkoston kokonaispituus on 130 kilometriä. Loiste Energia Oy on omistaa Pyhännänkosken vesivoimalaitoksen Ristijärven kunnassa ja Kivivaara-Peuravaara tuulipuistossa yhdessä Taalerin kanssa. Lisäksi se operoi Kajaaninjoen vesivoimalaitoksia ja Kainuun Voima Oy:n höyryvoimalaitosta sekä omistaa osuuden Kemijoki Oy:tä omistavasta Lapin Sähkövoima Oy:stä.
